Luke Montgomery
Having co-founded an orphanage for HIV+ children in Haiti, Luke has lived in that impoverished island nation and speaks both its languages, French and Haitian Kreyol. Luke is a charity branding, marketing and web design consultant and a non-profit media strategist whose work has captured front page coverage in The New York Times, Washington Post and Los Angeles Times. His projects have been featured on TV shows from "The View" to "The Daily Show" and have been the on-air talk of Jon Stewart, David Letterman, Dan Rather, Barbara Walters, Howard Stern, Rush Limbaugh and Pamela Anderson. His TV appearances include CNN's "Inside Politics," Phil Donahue and ABC's Sunday morning political staple, "This Week with David Brinkley." Publications like Australia's Sydney Morning Hearld and USAToday have profiled Luke and his work.
Luke's TV producer credits include a documentary aired in-part on CNN, a pilot for a 30-minute comedy TV series and a pet adoption TV special starring Drew Barrymore, Kelsey Grammer and Dick VanPatten. Other celebrity supporters recruited to his charity projects include Larry King, Jay Leno, Alicia Silverstone and Jack Lemmon. Luke was a founder of the Internet charity, Adopt-A-Pet.com, a national non-profit pet adoption web service that helps get thousands of homeless pets adopted each day. Luke loves his boyfriend Nate.
Nate Guidas
Having just finished at the university, Nate has a background in Earth Sciences and Environmental Policy, with a B.S. from Northern Arizona University. His research has included environmental justice issues with an emphasis on air and water quality, and he has experience working with indigenous population groups. Nate is committed to immersing himself in new cultures, and has an extensive working knowledge of the Spanish language. Nate is full of energy and is loving the work of putting his passion for helping people into practice. Nate loves his boyfriend Luke.
